Suggested deadline for non-EU applicants is July 15, 2010.

The Barcelona GSE strongly advises candidates coming from outside the European Union to submit completed applications (including referee letters) no later than July 15, 2010. Non-EU students may not have sufficient time to secure a student visa if they apply and are admitted after this date. Keep the following timing issues in mind if you apply after July 15:

  • Applicants can expect to receive an admission decision within 4 to 6 weeks of submitting a complete application
  • Following admission, the student visa process can take six weeks or more.

  •
Applications for the 2010-11 MSc in Economics are now closed.

(All other master programs are still accepting applications.)

If you have already begun the application and selected MSc in Economics as one of your three program choices:
To be considered for the MSc in Economics, you must complete your application before the deadline. This includes receipt of both reference letters, sent to the GSE by your referees. If you submit your completed application after the deadline, you will be considered for admission to your other program choices but not to the MSc in Economics.

Applicants who begin the application form after the deadline will not have the option to be considered for the MSc in Economics.
